In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dt777" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the dt777 gaming platform, its operators, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" / "Service" refers to the dt777 website at https://dt777.im, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or gaming content accessible therein.

• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• The funds you deposit and use for gaming are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity.
• You are not using the Platform in contravention of any law applicable to you personally.

dt777 reserves the right to require proof of age from any User at any time. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, dt777 may suspend or permanently close the relevant Account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the dt777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. dt777 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify dt777 support immediately.

dt777 implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or as otherwise required by the Company. Failure to complete KYC verification satisfactorily may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.

dt777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT. Available payment methods are subject to change at dt777's discretion without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Specific minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. dt777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dt777 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your dt777 Account, or as otherwise approved by the dt777 compliance team.
• Any active Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed before the underlying real-money balance attributed to those bonuses can be withdrawn.
• dt777 targets withdrawal processing within one to four hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances or where additional verification is required.
• dt777 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. The Company will communicate any such delays to the Member.

dt777 reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

dt777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual Bonus Terms which are published alongside each specific offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the specific Bonus Terms for a particular promotion, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all dt777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Members only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus balance within your Account and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets only. Bets placed using other Bonus Funds do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• dt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting errors — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may result in Account closure.

All games available on the dt777 Platform, including live casino games, slots, poker, sports betting, and all other gaming products, are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

All dt777 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing bodies. Affected Members will be notified and stakes returned to their Wallets.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dt777 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during Account use.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or reproducing any part of the dt777 Platform or its content without written authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dt777 staff, live dealers, or other Members in any communication channel.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction, or responsible gaming measure applied to your Account.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to mask your location or identity in a manner that breaches these Terms.

All content on the dt777 Platform — including but not limited to the dt777 name, logo, trademarks, website design, user interface, text, graphics, software, game content, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licenced to dt777 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dt777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of dt777.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to dt777 regarding the Platform or its services may be used by dt777 without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dt777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds, even if dt777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The dt777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dt777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond dt777's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

dt777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your dt777 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dt777 takes the welfare of its Members seriously and maintains a comprehensive responsible gaming framework in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which further play will be suspended until the next period commences.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure time-based reminders that alert them to the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion from the dt777 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and irreversibly. A permanently self-excluded Member may not create a new Account.

• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member is or has been engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
• The Account has been used for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to dt777.
• The Member is a minor or does not otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, dt777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach — for example, at the Member's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting dt777 support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets or transactions at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules and any resulting balance returned to you.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by dt777 is governed by the dt777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
